As a RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for the administrative, clinical, and professional development of facility personnel for the designated shift. You will also be accountable for maintaining standards of care in accordance with regulatory agencies and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct unit rounds, ensure that clinical practices are delivered within the facility's established standards of care, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have a current Registered Nurse license, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work as part of a team. You should also have a high tolerance for working under pressure and handling critical situations, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce and clientele through sound business decisions, diplomacy, and discretion.
