- Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Manage staffing levels and schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow
- Participate in the hiring, training, and development of nursing staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to patient care and nursing operations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in nursing administration
- Develop, implement, and evaluate infection prevention and control policies and procedures
- Conduct regular surveillance to identify infection risks and trends
- Provide education and training to staff on infection prevention protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure compliance with infection control standards

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting
