- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment within a hospital or assisted living setting.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy meal periods.
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with residents, staff, and visitors.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing for extended periods, and moving equipment as needed.
