Responsibilities

  • Answer questions: Respond to customer inquiries about products, services, policies, and billing
  • Resolve issues: Help customers with problems, complaints, and policy changes
  • Educate customers: Provide information about products and services, and advise customers on coverage
  • Manage claims: Review and process claims, and ensure issues are resolved
  • Document interactions: Record customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
  • Collaborate with others: Work with sales representatives and internal teams to provide the best resolution
  • Make recommendations: Provide policy recommendations and personalized coverage recommendations

Working environment

  • We have a very laid back office and almost zero walk-ins

Skills

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of insurance terminology
  • Ability to analyze insurance policies and other documents
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to build client relationships

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $31,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
