Responsibilities
- Answer questions: Respond to customer inquiries about products, services, policies, and billing
- Resolve issues: Help customers with problems, complaints, and policy changes
- Educate customers: Provide information about products and services, and advise customers on coverage
- Manage claims: Review and process claims, and ensure issues are resolved
- Document interactions: Record customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
- Collaborate with others: Work with sales representatives and internal teams to provide the best resolution
- Make recommendations: Provide policy recommendations and personalized coverage recommendations

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of insurance terminology
