What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate project details by reviewing plans, tracking materials, and ensuring work stays on schedule.
- Work closely with estimators to confirm pricing, project dates, and scope of work.
- Manage materials—check warehouse inventory, order supplies, confirm colors and specs, and set reminders for orders based on project schedules.
- Create and update work orders to ensure installers have the correct materials and instructions.
- Process and track change orders, ensuring updates are logged correctly.
- Stay on top of project changes by monitoring new addendums, updating schedules, and keeping the team informed.
- Organize project documents—clean up outdated files and mark the most recent versions.
- Track deliveries and communicate shipping dates to the team.
- Request and log field measurements to ensure accuracy before finalizing installations.
- Use collaboration tools like Teams and Google Sheets to keep project details accessible and up to date.

- Strong organizational skills—comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Attention to detail—able to track materials, documents, and schedules with accuracy.
- Communication skills—works well with vendors, installers, and office staff to keep projects running smoothly.

- Basic computer skills—experience with Google Sheets, Microsoft Teams, or similar tools is a plus (training provided).
