Our company is seeking a Pneumatic Tech who can perform installation, repair and maintenance work in the oil & gas industry.
Responsibilities for Pneumatic Technician:
Assemble and install pneumatic control systems used in oil and gas facilities, including valves, actuators, controllers, and pressure regulators.
Ensure that installations comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Calibrate pneumatic instruments and control devices to maintain accurate and reliable measurements of pressure, temperature, flow, and other process variables.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance on pneumatic control systems to ensure their optimal performance.
Perform inspections to identify potential issues and address them before they lead to equipment failures.
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with pneumatic control equipment, such as identifying and repairing leaks, malfunctions, or failures.
Replace faulty components and ensure the integrity of the control system.
Qualifications for Pneumatic Technician:
2-5 years of experience preferred
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
Ability to bend, climb, squat, reach, and kneel
Willing to work overtime
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.54 - $33.74 per hour
