As a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse at Preferred Elite Care, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our clients in the Piqua, Ohio area. Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to clients under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and document clients' health status and report any changes to the supervising nurse.
- Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper medication management.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Ohio.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and families.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience in home health care or similar settings is preferred but not required.
