Job Title: Clinical Supervisor
Location: Winfield, Kansas
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Monday-Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm CST)

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee and guide mental health professionals, such as therapists and counselors, to ensure they provide high-quality patient care. They provide training, mentorship, and constructive feedback to help clinicians develop their skills and address challenging cases. Clinical Supervisors also handle administrative tasks, like managing staff and ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Responsibilities
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise mental health professionals.
- Scheduling: Manage staff schedules, caseloads, and workflow.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulations, laws, and industry standards.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Case Consultation: Provide guidance on complex or challenging cases.
- Clinical Oversight: Monitor patient care and ensure evidence-based practices.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to patients, staff, or the organization.
Educational Responsibilities
- Training and Development: Provide training, workshops, and professional development opportunities.
- Mentorship: Offer guidance and support to help staff develop their clinical skills.
- Evaluation: Assess staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
Quality Assurance Responsibilities
- Quality Improvement: Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives.
- Audit and Compliance: Conduct audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Patient Satisfaction: Monitor patient satisfaction and feedback to improve services.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field, who has at least three (3) years professional experience in the treatment or Behavioral Health of substance use disorder treatment and 1 year of supervisory experience in substance use disorder treatment; OR
- Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field, who has at least four (4) years professional experience in the treatment or Behavioral Health of substance use disorders and two (2) years of supervisory experience in substance use disorder treatment:
AND
- Qualified Addiction Professional certified by the Missouri Credentialing Board, Inc. Or applicable State Board with four (4) years professional experience in the field of substance use disorder treatment and three (3) years of supervisory experience in substance use disorder treatment. OR
- Counselor, psychologist, or physician licensed in Missouri who has at least one (1) year professional experience in the treatment or Behavioral Health of substance use disorder treatment; AND at least one (1) year of supervisory experience in substance use disorder treatment.
Additional Qualifications:
- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
