Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake/screening/assessments within designated timeframes.
- Develop personalized treatment plans adhering to state regulatory/CARF guidelines.
- Facilitate group counseling, education, family conferences, and individual sessions.
- Document services provided, adhering to state regulatory/CARF/agency standards.
- Participate in clinical staffing/treatment team meetings.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
Hold Qualified Addiction Professional credentials (MCB)
- Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (CADC)
- Certified Reciprocal Alcohol Drug Counselor (CRADC)
- Certified Reciprocal Advanced Alcohol Drug Counselor (CRAADC)
- Registered Alcohol Drug Counselor (RADC)
- Certified Criminal Justice Addictions Professional (CCJP)
- Co-Occurring Disorder Specialist
Required License/Certification:
- Valid Driver's License
- First Aid certification
- CPR certification
Additional Qualifications:
- Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states
- Comfortable providing telehealth services
- Successful completion of background check
- Completion of New Hire Orientation, Relias Learning, and Behavioral Management training
