Job Summary:

Join our team as a Counselor, making a meaningful difference in lives! We're seeking compassionate individuals passionate about mental health and substance use disorder treatment. As a Counselor, you'll assist individuals in improving daily functioning through personalized treatment plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, facilitate group counseling, and promote recovery. Enjoy a fulfilling career helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intake/screening/assessments within designated timeframes.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans adhering to state regulatory/CARF guidelines.
  • Facilitate group counseling, education, family conferences, and individual sessions.
  • Document services provided, adhering to state regulatory/CARF/agency standards.
  • Participate in clinical staffing/treatment team meetings.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

Missouri:
Hold Qualified Addiction Professional credentials (MCB)
  • Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (CADC)
  • Certified Reciprocal Alcohol Drug Counselor (CRADC)
  • Certified Reciprocal Advanced Alcohol Drug Counselor (CRAADC)
  • Registered Alcohol Drug Counselor (RADC)
  • Certified Criminal Justice Addictions Professional (CCJP)
  • Co-Occurring Disorder Specialist

Required License/Certification:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • First Aid certification
  • CPR certification

Additional Qualifications:

  • Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states
  • Comfortable providing telehealth services
  • Successful completion of background check
  • Completion of New Hire Orientation, Relias Learning, and Behavioral Management training
