As a Program Director of Adolescent Recovery Services, you will oversee the development, implementation, and management of programs and services that support adolescents struggling with substance abuse, addiction, or mental health issues. You must ensure that evidence-based practices are utilized and that services are tailored to meet the unique needs of adolescents. The Program Director also supervises staff, manages budgets, and collaborates with community partners to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:
Clinical and Program Management
- Develop and implement program goals and objectives: Ensure alignment with organizational mission and vision.
- Oversee program operations: Manage day-to-day activities, including service delivery, staffing, and budgeting.
- Ensure evidence-based practices: Utilize research-based interventions and therapies to support adolescent recovery.
Leadership and Staff Management
- Supervise program staff: Provide guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
- Recruit and train staff: Ensure adequate staffing and provide training on program policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment: Promote teamwork, communication, and collaboration.
Community Partnerships and Outreach
- Develop and maintain community partnerships: Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
- Conduct outreach and education: Raise awareness about adolescent recovery services and promote program offerings.
Quality Improvement and Compliance
- Monitor program quality and outcomes: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance program effectiveness.
Budgeting and Financial Management
- Manage program budget: Ensure fiscal responsibility and accountability.
- Secure funding and grants: Research and pursue funding opportunities to support program growth and development.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and two years of relevant experience in a healthcare system or five years of behavioral healthcare experience required.
- Behavioral healthcare experience in a similar role preferred.
- Masters Degree preferred.
