Job Responsibilities:
- Load and unload fencing and decking materials from trucks.
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse.
- Prepare customer orders and ensure accurate fulfillment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Assist in receiving and inspecting shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Work with team members to meet daily warehouse productivity goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, construction materials, or a similar field is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically active role.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Forklift certification is a plus (training may be provided).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
