Operations Support Specialist
This role requires individuals to be detailed oriented and task-completion focused with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects. Strong technology operation is required. We are looking for someone with team spirited interpersonal skills and a solution minded problem solver with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under deadlines, and quick turnarounds while maintaining accuracy.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build new jobs into CRM
- Reviewing orders for accuracy
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Ability to work with Field Estimators for discrepancies if needed
- Ability to hit necessary deadlines on a daily basis
- Customer data entry
- Navigate builder portals such as Builder Trend and SupplyPro
Qualifications:
A qualified candidate would be responsible for building new jobs into the CRM and working with Field Estimators to ensure data is properly entered into the CRM.
- Knowledge of flooring
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Familiarity with RFMS, CRM, and Schedule Pro is a plus
- High Attention to Detail
