What You’ll Be Doing:
- Use State of the Art digital technology to perform video walk around of vehicle
- Perform vehicle oil changes and services
- Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
- Conducting tire rotations, wheel balancing and mounting and balancing
- Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
- Installing vehicle accessories
- Complete vehicle inspection
- Clean and maintain facility
- Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first.
- Presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns.
- Ensures the customer’s needs are understood.
What You’ll Need:
- Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.
- Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others.
- Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders.
- Computer and Smart Phone Skill.
- Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction.
