Sales Support

The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing sales-related administrative tasks, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth sales operations. This role acts as a bridge between sales, customers and manufacturing to facilitate sales processes and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing product information, availability, and pricing details.
• Order Management: Process orders and track shipments. Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and timely delivery.
• Sales Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales presentations, and handling documentation.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product lines and updates to effectively communicate with customers and support sales efforts.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating complex cases to higher management when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate degree in business marketing.
• Experience: 3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
