We are seeking a talented CT Technologist with Acute Care experience to work at an excellent healthcare facility in Salisbury, MD.
About the Job
- Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain patient history, explain routine procedures, and addresses patient concerns.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures by explaining the process and positioning patients to correctly capture the images requested by physician.
- Perform computed tomography scans using designated equipment.
Requirements
- Education: Completion of a two-year program at an approved School of Radiologic Technology
- Certification: Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
- Skill Set: Possess the ability to perform IV punctures, and be skilled with Computed Tomography Equipment
- Certifications: Current CPR/ BLS certification
- Experience: 2 Years of CT experience required within the last 5 years
