Job Title: Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to work in an acute care setting. This is a travel assignment that requires preparation and administration of small doses of radioactive drugs to patients, followed by diagnostic imaging using advanced technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer radiopharmaceuticals and medications for patient imaging and therapeutic procedures.
- Monitor patients' physical condition during procedures.
- Process data and enhance digital images using advanced computer technology.
- Provide images, data analysis, and patient information for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
Requirements:
- Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
- Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
- Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification Board (NMTCB).
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- At least two years of experience within the last five years.
