- Develop and implement individualized plans of treatment for patients with various needs and abilities.

- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Valid state licensure as a physical therapist
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Minimum 6 months of experience in PT within the past 5 years
