Job Summary
- Administer nursing programs in a long-term care facility.
- Ensure quality resident care and compliance with regulations.
- Manage nursing staff and conduct performance reviews.
- Provide nursing care as needed and assist in marketing activities.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including budget and safety.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred; five years nursing experience required.
- Unencumbered RN license required.
