We offer a competitive hourly rate of $32-$35, plus shift differentials and clinical premiums based on experience. Full-time and part-time evening positions include rotating weekends and holidays, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and $1,500 for part-time roles. Flexible PRN schedules may be available. Candidates must hold an active Pennsylvania LPN license, CPR certification, and preferably have geriatric or long-term care experience. Responsibilities include planning and delivering resident care, administering medications, performing assessments, and assisting with IV therapies.
