- Integrate nursing, dietary, social, and rehabilitation services for proper assessment and reimbursement.
- Complete Medicare/Medicaid case-mix documents for appropriate reimbursement.
- Conduct ongoing MDS reviews for optimal Resource Utilization Group (RUG) categorization.
- Oversee MDS/PPS documentation and submission processes.
