We are seeking a part-time Medical Laboratory Technician or Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our team due to internal movement. The position requires 48 hours per pay period, with a mix of day and evening shifts, including every 4th weekend.

- Promote a positive laboratory environment.
- Perform phlebotomy and specimen preparation.
- Conduct high complexity testing and evaluate specimen integrity.
- Maintain instruments and participate in training and competency programs.
- Adhere to confidentiality and safety policies.
- Associate Degree in relevant fields required.
- ASCP certification required within 6 months.
- Experience in hematology, chemistry, and blood bank required; microbiology preferred.
- Strong communication and computer skills necessary.
