As a Registered Nurse with Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services, you will be responsible for supervising Nursing Assistants, monitoring resident care, and maintaining accurate documentation. Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in their homes
- Supervise and train Nursing Assistants to ensure effective care delivery
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of resident care
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN license
- Experience in geriatric care preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
