Join a network of 200 Skilled Nursing Facilities with in-house therapy programs and supportive teams. Continuing education and growth opportunities are provided.

• Position requires a graduate from an accredited physical therapy program and active state licensure.
• One year of post-acute care experience preferred.
• Must maintain CPR certification and demonstrate good body mechanics.
• Responsibilities include following treatment plans, setting goals, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
