Preferred Home Improvement is a construction business. We are looking for a reliable Lead setter and generator.
Lead Generator/Setters
Overall Responsibilities:
- Successful Candidates must be friendly, enthusiastic, energetic and motivated; dependable, reliable and goal driven.
- Your daily mission is to generate excitement, increase brand awareness and set appointments for construction projects. Effectively educate consumers about our Company and products.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
- Verifies and maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Ability to interact with all levels of employees, clients and customers.
- Good computer skills a must.
- CRM experience a plus.
Qualities:
Likable personality & conversationalist- can bring your own rapport-building skills while being guided by a scripted presentation, are well-spoken, upbeat, determined, driven, and diligent.
Able to present friendly and sincere in passion for assisting customers. Must be well spoken, honest, possess integrity, be quality focused, able to problem solve, multi task and prioritize. Active listening skills, detailed orientation and sales driven are paramount to the success of this position.
Job Duties:
- Answer Phones in a friendly, warm manner.
- Resolves potential questions; suggests resolutions after ascertaining the issue.
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a professional timely manner.
- Enjoys working with a team and supporting the members.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Ability to learn our industry, services and products.
- Assisting with preparing estimates and proposals
- Assist with other office functions as time permits, including A/R and A/P, filing, etc.
