Job Overview
We are looking for a hardworking and organized individuals who will be responsible for performing an array of warehouse duties such as: receiving and processing incoming installation materials, parts, and tools; ordering, receiving, managing, tracking, and retrieving inventory and stock. Warehouse personnel work under the direct supervisor of the Warehouse Manager and ensure the warehouse inventory is properly organized and accessible to keep our Technicians and Installers.
Responsibilities
- Organize inventory stock within the warehouse by properly unboxing and storing material in their designated location
- Maintain accurate inventory records and provide management with an accurate representation of all goods shipped and received
- Verify all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice to the order and ensure all goods are in excellent condition
- Monitor and report any missing or lost inventory to management
- Accurately maintain company database including all stock and warehouse items
- Package and label items correctly for storage and/or delivery
- Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors
- Process materials for delivery to job sites and/or pick-up locations
- Research substitute parts that may work for an outstanding back order or initial order
- Track and process Warranty Items
- Operate a forklift to move or store inventory
- Deliver parts and supplies to technicians in the field

Requirements
· High school diploma or GED.
· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time.
· Valid SC driver’s license and a safe driving record.
· Authorized to work in the U.S.
