A Call Center Representative performs a wide range of clerical functions specifically related to areas such as reception, answering telephones, distributing messages, and assisting the various departments within the agency.
REQUIREMENTS :QUALIFICATIONS :
- High school graduate; some college credit preferred
- Experience in customer service, reception, or other work-related experience, preferably within the health care services industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, internet savvy.
- HHA Exchange experience a BIG PLUS
- Investigative ability, highly organized, self-motivated, takes initiative, excellent written and verbal communication and analytical critical thinking skills
