Preferred Gold Private Home Care of New York, a fully licensed Private Home Care Agency serving the NY Metropolitan area, is seeking an experienced , Home Care Field Recruiter for our Brooklyn Corporate office who has experience with Home Health Aide community-based recruiting and has strong networking skills.

POSITION SUMMARY :
- Identify new recruiting sources for assigned regions on an ongoing basis
- Spearhead hiring events, community-based events, and employee referral events within the community and at Preferred Home Care
- Promote positive community relations and partner with, placement agencies, social service agencies, one-stop employment centers, local colleges, places of worship, etc. to ensure a consistent ongoing pool of HHA candidates
- Maintain a database of clients / vendors and keep detailed information of all contacts.
- Track effectiveness of recruiting campaigns using metrics including Telebroad call dashboard, Microsoft Excel, and the ATS system
- Ability to establish strong rapport with external field candidates and internal recruiting team leaders to prioritize the agency’s needs
- Hold monthly team meetings and quarterly recruiting strategic planning meetings
