Preferred Home Care of New York, a rapidly growing Licensed Home Care Agency serving the NY Metropolitan area is seeking experienced part time HHA Coordinator for our Brooklyn office.

POSITION SUMMARY :
A HHA Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance of ongoing communication with referral and intake sources for all patients. The HHA Coordinator shall plan for home healthcare service coverage. The HHA Coordinator is responsible for management of current schedule for home care workers, while striving to ensure that patient / family are satisfied and receiving excellent customer service. This position affords flexibility with the available schedules being evenings and weekends.

- Bilingual
- Experience in Healthcare / Home care coordination, customer service and or staffing
- Working knowledge of HHA Exchange is a plus
- High school graduate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to communicate effectively with employee, patients and their families
- Ability to define problems and tasks, collect data and establish facts, take action and resolve issues !
