Service Experience Supervisor - Home Care - Brooklyn, NY
Preferred Home Care of New York, a fully licensed Home Care Agency serving the NY Metropolitan area including Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester counties, is seeking an experienced , Service Experience Supervisor for our Brooklyn Office who is a team builder, a strong communicator, and pays extreme attention to detail.

POSITION SUMMARY :
The Service Experience Supervisor is responsible for managing, training & guiding Service Experience Representatives in the performance of their duties. S / he provides support & resolves problems and complaints, as well as motivating, counseling, and problem solving. The Service Experience Supervisor exemplifies excellence in patient and employee satisfaction at all times while striving to ensure that the Service Experience Department is providing excellent customer service at all times.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Highly motivated, flexible and able to effectively manage multi-tasking
- Possess strong communication / customer service skills (written and oral)
- Maintain confidentiality and security
- Take accountability for job responsibility with minimal supervision
- Strong comprehension and problem-solving skills
- Be able to work under pressure
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions and directions
- Must be detailed oriented
- Must have good organizational skills and decision-making ability
