Primary Job Functions:

This role will be responsible for ready-mix concrete shipping operations.

This position will require effectively managing the distribution logistics of a large fleet of ready mix trucks to many jobsites and customers across multiple counties. This position requires, planning, quick thinking, rapid decision making and the ability to adjust to changing circumstances with the goal of providing a positive customer experience. It will be necessary that all operations be performed safely, and in accordance with quality control standards, customer service, and efficiency measurements. It is imperative that we ensure all health and safety standards are met and we comply with legislation and company policies.

Qualifications – Education – Required Skills:

1-2 years prior experience in customer service or dispatch.

Ready-Mix experience highly desirable

Strategic decision making and open communication with management, plant personnel and drivers

Demonstrate the ability “to always do the right thing.”

Must be able to work in a high-pressure environment.

Be able to motivate, lead and work with all employees.

Must be able to communicate effectively in oral and written form.

Strong computer skills – Command software preferred.
