What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parking Attendants Needed position at Preferred Parking Service, LLC?
Local parking company is seeking full-time parking operations specialists to enforce on our parking lots and in our garages.
This position is 2nd shift. You must have a valid driver's license and your own transportation because you will use your own car for work and you will be reimbursed mileage on a monthly basis. You will be required to show proof of the car's current registration and insurance.
Job Responsibilities :
- Read and send emails on company issued smart phone. Microsoft knowledge not required, but is helpful.
- Patrol parking areas to enforce parking rules and regulations. Write violations, wheel lock cars and call tow company.
- Drive your own vehicle at work. (Includes monthly check for gas mileage reimbursement paid back to employee.)
- Work outdoors in different seasons and weather. Experience working outdoors is helpful.
- Able to work with a supervisor, and able to work on your own with no supervisor.
- Training will be provided for small repairs such as damaged parking gates.
- Provide great customer service by giving directions, teaching and showing customers how to use equipment.
Job Requirements :
Applicants will be required to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, drug test and a motor vehicle records check.
