What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parking Garage Attendant position at Preferred Parking Service, LLC?
Full-Time Operations in our parking garage in Asheville - 1st shift!
Your responsibilities will included (but are not limited to):
- Pick up and dispose of trash from garage. Keep all levels of the garage clean.
- Repair and maintain parking equipment.
- Operator the garage floor sweeper and pressure washer.
- Change light bulbs and paint as needed.
- Leaf blowing and light landscaping.
- Provide winter weather support (snow and ice removal).
- Perform emergency duties as required.
- Interface with customers and provide excellent customer service in the drive lanes as well as over the intercoms.
Qualifications:
- You must be able to work in inclement weather
- Willingness and ability to perform manual labor; stand/walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, and the public.
Must be dependable and must have clean background record.
Required education: High school or equivalent
