Job Summary
Join out Asphalt team as a Heavy Equipment Operator, playing a vital role in project development. As a skilled operator, you'll utilize various heavy equipment, such as track hoes, and back hoes, and graders to ensure efficient and safe project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment, including track hoes, back hoes, graders, and others as needed
- Assist other workers as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Ensure proper safety procedures and incident reporting
- Communicate effectively with superintendents, safety managers, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Ability to operate various heavy equipment
- Knowledge of material handling and storage
- Familiarity with safety procedures and incident reporting
- Ability to work independently and lift 50 pounds repeatedly
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule
- Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions
- Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
