THIS IS A POSITION THAT INVOLVES SALES AND A COMMISION

This is not a traditional sales job, and you will not be responsible for finding your own customers. We will provide paid training; however, you do need to be comfortable talking to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections at residential properties to identify pest issues.
- Build positive, strong relationships with clients.
- Work to exceed client expectations.
- Make suggestions to clients on how to avoid pest problems when appropriate.
- Report to client contact person before and after providing pest prevention services.
- Whenever possible, explain actual or potential problems to clients face-to-face.
- Manage clients through company provided technology.
- Collaborate with the team to provide effective pest control solutions.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and comfort in customer interactions.
- Willingness to learn and undergo paid training.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
- Full-time availability.
- Must pass background and drug screening.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: After your paid period of training, the position will transition to a commission-based compensation structure.
