What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Preferred Physical Therapy?
Full time Front Desk Receptionist for Physical Therapy Office needed. Must be able to multi-task and attention to detail is a must. Experience with insurance verification, insurance portals such as Availity, Optum, AshLink and Zirmed/Waystar helpful.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Answering phones
- Making appointments
- Checking patient's in/out
- Verifying insurance
- Collecting patient payments
- Insure patient paperwork is complete
- Entering patient information into the system
- Copying records

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
