Join our PPG team! We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator (LC) to join our Clinical Operations Team. This role requires an initiative driven individual with strong problem solving and prioritization skills. What You Will Do
- Build Rapport with Local Providers: Responsible for establishing and maintaining strong and personalized relationships with 35-40 local providers. This is critical to ensure a clear understanding of the providers' individual needs, preferences, and challenges.
- Create and Optimize Local Provider Schedules: Responsible for developing and managing local providers' schedules to align with the needs of the podiatrist, facilities, and patients. Ensuring the provider has full and productive days with minimized travel between facilities for maximum efficiency.
- Build Rapport with Regional Travel Podiatrists: Responsible for establishing and maintaining strong and personalized relationships with 1-5 regional travel podiatrists. This is critical to ensure a clear understanding of the providers' individual needs, preferences, and challenges.
- Create and Optimize Regional Travel Podiatrist Schedules: Responsible for developing and managing travel providers schedules based on the practice needs. The focus of the travel podiatrist schedules should be growing new areas and covering lack of coverage areas. LC is responsible for trips being logistically sound, ensure all facilities are confirmed and prepared in advance, and must be available to address any unforeseen circumstances during provider trips. Ensuring the provider has full and productive days with minimized travel between facilities for maximum efficiency.
- Oversee Productivity Metrics: Responsible for tracking key performance metrics including but not limited to coverage rates both provider and state specific, low-volume or low-encounter communities, and mitigate days between visits to ensure consistency to our clients.
- Reschedule Management: Responsible for promptly reintegrating any rescheduled visits back into the schedule, ensuring minimal delays in patient service. LC is responsible for refilling the provider's schedule to ensure they have a full workload as much as possible. This is essential for maintaining their productivity and ensuring continuity of patient care.
- Monitor and Manage Provider Capacity: Responsible for regularly evaluating providers' capacity to counteract provider burn out for those over*capacity and advocate needs for those under-capacity.
- Highlight Growth and Recruitment needs: Responsible for proactively identifying areas within the territory that present opportunities for growth in sales or require additional providers. You will be responsible for gathering data to assess needs and targets such as patient volume needed or patient volume available, sharing this information with the appropriate teams, and following up on status updates accordingly.
- Effective Communication and Collaboration: Expected to demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively advocate for both the territory and provider needs. This includes actively participating in meetings, providing timely and proactive status updates, and reporting to management and executives as required. It is essential to convey relevant information succinctly and accurately, ensuring that updates are both professional and informative.
- Projects Follow Through: LC is responsible for proactively identifying any signs of reduced productivity and taking ownership of addressing these issues; deploying projects including but not limited to consent boosts, list clean ups, marketing outlines, etc. to resolve inefficiencies. LC is responsible for delegating tasks to relevant departments, coordinating appropriate deadlines and follow-up meetings to ensure timely completion and results.

What it Takes to Join the Family
- Qualified candidates will have a college degree and/or have two years of experience in care coordination or logistics role.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, a proactive and initiative driven approach, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Exhibits unwavering integrity and professionalism in every aspect of their work.
- Demonstrates strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in analyzing and interpreting data to drive metrics and KPIs.
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM tool. EMR or EHR experience preferred.
- 60 WPM typing ability.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer. Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds at times.
