JobForce is currently seeking a CNC Machinist/Programmer. The ideal candidate is responsible for programming, operating, and maintaining CNC machining equipment. This role involves programming, loading and unloading machines, operating CNC lathes, mills, and end mills, and ensuring timely deliveries of high-quality products. The position is for the first shift (Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) with occasional overtime.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Extensive use of equipment and machinery related to the assigned job task.
- Establish effective communication with team members to ensure excellent customer service.
- Attention to detail.
- Write programs in M and G code for CNC equipment.
- Experience with Fanuc Controls.
- Problem-solving skills and data analysis.
- Interpret technical instructions from blueprints and diagrams.
- Edit CNC programs and troubleshoot CNC issues.
- Adjust program settings and machine setups.
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance.
- Translate instructions professionally to other employees.
- Read tape measures, micrometers, and understand engineered drawings.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Stand continuously during an 8-hour shift (with overtime as needed).
- Communicate effectively with management and co-workers.
- Exhibit trustworthiness, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
- Manage tasks while collaborating as a team player.
- Regular attendance is required.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures.
Work Environment:
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts and environmental changes (heat/cold).
- Exposure to machine coolant during equipment operation.
