We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented Material Handlers to join our team. The Material Handler is responsible for operating forklifts, stackers, and overhead cranes to transport materials, load machines, and support production operations. This role includes performing cycle counts, backfilling for machine operators, assembly, and painting as needed. The ideal candidate must possess excellent forklift driving skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Background checks and drug/alcohol screening will be conducted as a condition of employment and continued employment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts, stackers, and overhead cranes safely and efficiently to move and position materials.
- Load and unload machines, trucks, and storage areas as required.
- Performing cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Backfill for machine operators when needed.
- Assist with assembly work and painting as assigned.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and production regulations.
- Conduct visual and quality inspections to ensure proper material handling.
- Assist in inventory control and material requisitioning as needed.
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
- Perform additional tasks or duties as assigned by management.
