**Customer Service and telephones
**Duties:*
- Checking in/out incoming and outgoing customers
- Handling all gate activities both incoming and outgoing
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect any suspicious activities
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and activities during shifts
- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering or exiting the premises
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
**Experience:**
- Cash handling experience
- Knowledge of conflict management techniques and de-escalation strategies
- First aid and CPR certification is a plus
**Skills:**
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert at all times
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Strong problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making skills
- Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
