The ideal candidate will excel in driving sales and building strong relationships within the healthcare community. This role involves representing the agency to hospitals, physicians, and other referral sources to increase patient referrals and develop new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with referral sources including doctors, hospital discharge planners, and skilled nursing facilities.
- Execute strategic outreach and marketing initiatives to promote home health services.
- Provide education about the benefits and modalities of home health care.
- Attend networking events, health fairs, and conferences to establish presence in the community.
- Collaborate internally with clinical staff to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to increase referrals and improve market positioning.
Requirements
