Compensation:
- Salary range is from $70,000 to $98,000, based on experience.
- Inclusion in Operational Incentive Program, which shares excess profits as bonuses
- 401K Safe Harbor Plan with matching dollar-for-dollar up to 4% of annual gross salary (Traditional and Roth options available)

Position Overview:
As a Microsoft Project Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects within our organization.
- Expertise in Microsoft Project Professional, Microsoft Project Web App, and Microsoft Office 365 products, creating and managing project schedules.
- Collaborate closely with Design and Estimation team, project managers, and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate timelines and drive project success.
The following are tasks that the position is responsible for, but not limited to:
Project Scheduling:
- Utilize Microsoft Project Professional and Microsoft Project Web App and collaborate with Design & Estimation team and Project Managers to create project schedules.
- Ensure alignment of schedules with project objectives, milestones, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with project managers to incorporate changes and adjustments as needed.
Expertise:
- Demonstrate proficiency in building project schedules for construction projects and specialty trade projects.
- Leverage your knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Project Professional tools to enhance scheduling efficiency.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor project progress against established schedules.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, highlighting any deviations or risks.
- Analyze data to identify potential delays and help Project Managers determine the best corrective actions.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Coordinate project schedules with project teams, stakeholders, and relevant departments.
- Facilitate efficient distribution of schedule updates and reports.
- Keep all team members informed about changes and adjustments.
Hybrid Work Environment:
- After the training period, work in a hybrid setting, spending 2-3 days per week in the office and the remaining days working remotely.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different locations (Houston, Austin, and Grand Prairie, Texas).
Reporting Structure:
- Report directly to the Design and Estimation Manager.
- Serve as a key member of the Design and Estimation Team.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Engineering, Business).
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is advantageous.
- Possess at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Project Professional.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project Professional, Microsoft Project Web App, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Prefer Construction or Security industry experience.
Work Hours:
Our office hours are from Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
