Requirements:- Ensure efficient and effective operations
- Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
- Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
- Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
- Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
- Provide physical therapy services as needed.
- Be a licensed PTA or license eligible in the state where employed
- Must have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Candidate must have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department.
Compensation: $37/hr - $42/hr
Salary : $37 - $42
