Customer Service Representative

We are an online cabinet retail store that is growing fast.

We are seeking a reliable and focused individual for the position of Customer Service & Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be receiving incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries, and will also have the opportunity to develop relationships with customers to ensure their continuous satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities:

• Work with customers to design kitchens and baths.
• Work with others to create and design kitchens and baths.
• Communicate using your voice and body language, e.g. facial expressions, tone of voice, etc.
• Maintain composure and control in difficult situations.
• Pay attention to detail and stay organized.
• Follow policies and procedures.
• Be able to hear, see, read, and remember things clearly.
• Have good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn product.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Quickbooks
• Ability to learn ProKitchen Design Software, and learn web design.
• Ability to adapt and grow as the company grows.
• Person should be able to follow or lead depending on project.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Bilingual a plus, not necessary. English is a must.

Knowledge or previous experience with building materials/construction is a plus.

Must be able to do simple math including frations. Must be able to read a tape measure.

Pay depending on experience. This job will require 3-6 months of on the job training to be able to work independently. It will take you 1-2 years to be proficient at all of the tasks required. This is a long term, full time position. This is for someone looking for a career, not a job. You will be working in an office with others close by.

You must be able to pass a background check.
