Summary
As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional member experiences. You will manage service requests, track work progress, and support both members and our Home Managers to resolve issues efficiently. Your work will be critical in optimizing internal processes and contributing to the overall success of our growing team.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound service requests, ensuring they are processed efficiently and scheduled appropriately.
- Work closely with Home Managers and our network of service partners to resolve member issues and coordinate solutions.
- Own the end-to-end ticketing process in our system, ensuring service requests are updated, completed, and followed through in a timely manner.
- Provide operational and scheduling support to Home Managers to optimize their efficiency in the field.
- Assist in rolling out new services and process improvements as PreFix expands into new markets.
- Use data-driven insights to identify trends and suggest operational enhancements.
- Support escalations by investigating concerns, communicating with members, and ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to refine workflows and enhance overall service quality.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a high-performance customer service, operations, or administrative support role.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) or workflow management tools is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize competing demands.
- Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
