Pregnancy Care Center's (PCC) mission is to save lives and strengthen families. PCC exists to offer hope and help to those facing unplanned pregnancy, many of whom are at-risk youth. The Client Services Coordinator provides general administrative support to the Pregnancy Care Center (PCC) team and acts as a liaison between clients and staff members. The position carries a wide range of duties, including but not limited to answering and directing phone calls, scheduling client appointments, maintaining client files, and assisting with other front office operations. The Client Services Coordinator is often the first point of contact with clients and guests and plays a crucial role in creating a positive first impression of the organization.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • A college degree is preferred but not required.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in client services is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office is required.
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interact with clients in crisis and with community partners.
  • Greet clients and guests while ensuring a professional and confidential environment.
  • Act as a liaison to address client needs in a timely manner.
  • Answer and direct all incoming phone calls.
  • Schedule client appointments.
  • Maintain client files, including data entry, opening, and closing of files.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks as they arise.
