The Client Services Coordinator provides general administrative support to the Pregnancy Care Center (PCC) team and acts as a liaison between clients and staff members. The position carries a wide range of duties, including but not limited to answering and directing phone calls, scheduling client appointments, maintaining client files, and assisting with other front office operations. The Client Services Coordinator is often the first point of contact with clients and guests and plays a crucial role in creating a positive first impression of the organization.
