Join our faith-based, pro-life pregnancy help center to empower individuals facing life challenges. As a Life Coach, you’ll develop wellbeing programs (life skills, education, career, financial literacy), coach clients and volunteers, and connect them with community resources.
Key Responsibilities: Develop coaching plans, provide one-on-one coaching, recruit clients, monitor program effectiveness, train volunteer coaches, organize learning events, and build community partnerships.
Qualifications: Deep pro-life commitment, experience with vulnerable populations, program development skills, strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. Alignment with Catholic teachings.
