Summary
As a Nurse Practitioner at Pregnancy Specialty Center of Texas, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to expectant mothers. This position is essential in ensuring the health and well-being of both mothers and their babies, contributing significantly to our mission of providing personalized and compassionate prenatal services.
We are looking for a part-time dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide services at our East Houston office.
You will join a group of 5 NPs, 3 physicians, 2 Genetic Counselor and a great team of sonographers and other ancillary staff.
Main job responsibilities will include preparing and assisting in telemedicine consultations with physicians, administering diabetic education and managing diabetes in pregnancy under close supervision, and reviewing and calling out lab results.
Experience in pregnancy care is preferred.
This position can be part time, or it can be full time in conjunction with our other locations. Benefits are only offered for full time positions.
Proficiency in Medical Spanish is preferred.

Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Perform various medical procedures within the scope of practice
- Educate patients on health management and preventive care
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing
- Current Nurse Practitioner license
- Strong knowledge in OB/GYN, women's health
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
