Area Maintenance Technician : Area Maintenance Technicians are responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- General maintenance, preventative maintenance and safety at the properties
- Resident inspections
- Cleanliness and appeal of the property
- Completing work orders
- Preparing units for new occupancy and grounds-keeping
- Assist with Property Turn
