Groundskeeper : The Groundskeeper is responsible for the overall upkeep of property grounds, and common area.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Keep all buildings and common areas free of debris and trash, including anywhere visible to students and parents
- Repair fences, gates, walls, and walkways
- Paint fences and outbuildings
- Clean out drainage, ditches, and culverts
- Perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following : mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, etc.
- Make minor repairs on all maintenance equipment
- Notify supervisor of hazardous conditions and safety issues
- Assist with inclement weather needs (i.e. floods, snow, ice, etc.)

The work is primarily conducted outside. Exposure to hot, cold, and wet conditions. Exposure to higher noise levels. Exposure to certain chemicals. Exposure to pollens and other allergens.
