Part-Time or Full-Time available, depending on level of motivation and availability.
Seeking a driven, passionate, and highly motivated Registered Associate Therapist to join my Private Practice. Position will be open indefinitely until I find the right fit to complete our current team of outstanding providers.
We are located in South Orange County (San Clemente, CA). Must reside in South County OC. Conducting telehealth from home office is optional, but you must be close enough to see clients and do supervision in the office at least two days/week.
Must be a self-starter who is ready to grow and take initiative, with solid time-management / technological / organizational / networking and clinical skills.
You will have the opportunity to build your own schedule, marketing brand, clinical style, and networking plan. Focus will be on both personal and professional growth, aiming for full-time, self-sustaining private practice. Opportunities for individual and group supervision sessions.
Compensation: Fee percentage split depending on training, experience, and caseload.
I am specifically waiting for a clinician who has specified experience or interest in at least 1 of the 2 following populations: Eating Disorders and/or Perinatal/Maternal Mental Health, and someone who is drawn to Humanistic, Trauma-Informed, Narrative, Experiential Therapies. Must be interested in working with teens, and their families/parents.
